Last week we were in Durham performing some home improvement services on a home. This home in pbbarticular is going to be painted by us as soon as the weather cooperates. (Whenever we paint a home, we work around the homeowner’s schedule, and the weather as well).
The old railing around the upper deck had become unstable. Of course, this presents a major safety concern. Our most satisfying repairs include anything we can do to make a home, or its residents, more safe and sound. The new railing is safe and looks great! We used treated wood so that it will last for years to come. This is the actual railing installed on the upper deck:
