We were recently at a gutter guard install in Durham putting in Gutterglove products. Why? Because the owner was fed up with his foam inserts! These things collect an amazing amount of pine needles and leaves.

The entire point of a gutter guard is to protect your home and eliminate the need to clean your gutters of clogs, and these foam inserts were doing just the opposite! Just take a look at these pictures below.

Leaves, leaves, leaves. We walked around the roof, removing the foam inserts from the gutters. They were like a leaf trap! Look at the leaves that these things trapped! You can’t make this stuff up. We filled lawn bag after lawn bag with debris from the clogged gutters. This person would have been better off without a gutter guard!
