We were recently installing Gutterglove products in Lexington NC. This particular homeowner was sick and tired of cleaning out their gutters. They were ready to make their life a whole lot easier, protect their home, and get some gutter guards. They were wondering if the gutter guards would be visible from the ground. They are not. They came out to a home show we were doing in Charlotte to see them in action. After carefully researching the various types of gutter guards they decided that Gutterglove was the best choice. They scheduled a time for our Charlotte sales rep to come out, and we looked over the gutters. The gutters were in excellent condition other than needing some debris removed and 1 clogged downspout. We signed them up and shortly thereafter we were installing their new gutter covers.
Lexington is a fantastic city. Some of our installers absolutely love coming here because they know they’ll be able to get a BBQ sandwich before leaving. Lexington is commonly referred to as the Barbecue Capital of North Carolina, although some people call it the Barbecue Capital of the World. There is a lot of debate surrounding barbecue in North Carolina. One thing is for sure though; there are some great barbecue restaurants in Lexington. If you are not familiar with “Lexington Style BBQ”, it is pit cooked BBQ made from the pork shoulder and basted in a vinegar & ketchup based sauce. Preferences vary wildly across North Carolina and across the country, but Lexington BBQ has a very strong following. For reference, “Eastern Style BBQ” is also very popular in North Carolina and that type of BBQ consists of the whole hog and the sauce contains no tomato.
